Summer is just around the corner
The peonies are in full bloom. Whole Foods had bunches of these lovely flowers for sale this week and I couldn’t resist! I took a quick snapshot, using my iPhone, from my office window.
The peony is named after Paeon (also spelled Paean), a student of Asclepius, the Greek god of medicine and healing. Asclepius became jealous of his pupil; Zeus saved Paeon from the wrath of Asclepius by turning him into the peony flower.[1]
Our new office location in San Francisco
We are excited to announce the new location of our office. Located in the heart of San Francisco’s shopping and financial district — not to mention the many wonderful restaurants — we look forward to the opportunities and challenges this change will bring. Stop by and visit a few of our favorite hot spots in San Francisco: The Hyatt, Westfield Shopping Centre, and restaurants such as the Waterfront (food is excellent!), and caffeine fav The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf at Embarcadero 4.
